For redistricting, it is usually required to preserve an existing boundary as much as possible, or minimize the cross of a boundary. iRedistrict online can satisfy this requirement

In service configuration, set layers for "Existing Boundaries". You can use more than one boundary layers. These layers should have been uploaded to the platform.

The plan below minimizes the crossing of Utah county layer, as well as achieving 0.0%-deviation population balance and compact shape.
