# Apply the tag to the data
There are two ways to apply the tag to the data.
The first method is to select the checkbox next to the data in the data list, then click the tag icon.
The second method is to click "Edit Data Properties" on the data list to open the data properties window.
Clicking "Edit " on the data description panel to enter the edit mode.
Choose tags for the data. One data can have multiple tags.
