Redistricting

Redistricting divides an area to a number of districts that meet multiple goals and satisfy multiple constraints. For example, political redistricting requires to produce districts that balance population, keep compact boundaries, minimize crossing of administrative boundaries, satisfy COIs, etc. School redistricting requires to produce districts that balance student enrollment and school capacities, have compact boundaries, minimize the distance to schools, etc.
