Create a COI project

Before drawing COIs, please create a COI project. Project Name and Project Boundary are mandatory. Project Boundary is used to validate the COI. If the COI is outside of this boundary, it won't be saved.

There are two ways to set the project boundary. The first way is to pick a state or a county. The second way is to load a boundary layer from data lists in this account. Only the 1-unit polygon layer can be loaded as the COI project boundary.

Setting an existing COI data layer is optional ( This feature is temporarily disabled for now. It will be resumed by the end of Feb. 2021). Sometimes we may want to start the project with an existing layer and remove/add some polygons. Before selecting an existing layer, please make sure you set the project boundary.
