Save, export, delete and upload the plans

Plans can be exported as shapefile or csv file. Each shapfile saves one plan. Each csv file saves multiple plans.

The plans can also be saved to the Gallery or the data list on this platform for later usage.

Nation-wide block data is hosted on the server. Block equivalence file can be exported by clicking "Block". It may take some time to create and download the block equivalence file, depends on the size of the data. Please avoid using this feature for areas larger than one State.

Administrator may delete the plans or upload plans. For now, upload plans can upload CSV file exported from iRedistrict Desktop. In the near future, it will allow plans in SHP to be uploaded. Note: For iRedistrict for site, when uploading the plans, please make sure the plans have the same number of districts as the number of schools. If these two numbers are not the same, there will be conflicts and the plan upload will fail.

Save the plan to the Gallery

Click the "Gallery" button to save the current plan on the map to the gallery for later usage.

Once saved, the plan is shown in the gallery plan list. The user may load this plan to the map later, or share the plan as a URL for the public access, or save it to the Group Gallery.
