iRedistrict Online provides two ways to use COI for redistricting:load a COI Layer, or draw COI on the map.

You can also use an online COI collection service to draw COIs. This online COI Collection service is not included in iRedistrict subscription:

Load a COI layer

In service configuration, pick a layer for Predefined COI layer. This layer should have been uploaded to the platform.

Draw COI on the map

Click the COI tool, and then draw COI on the map. (Note: This feature is currently not enabled in iRedistrict for Site.)
